Αndreas Angelidis is the founder of the company.

He graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is a member of association of Greek commercialists.

Many decisions in trials in which he participated as well as the partners and associates of the company, have been published in legal journals.

He writes articles on the subject of business consolidation in newspapers with a pan-hellenic circulation and is a speaker in Conferences.
