Rehabilitation agreement and liquidation of financial institutions – Article 36 of the Law on Bankruptcy is additionally applied – Setoff – the bankruptcy creditor’s right to setoff his/her counterclaim to the relevant debtor’s claim, remains effective even after the bankruptcy of the debtor, provided that the conditions of the setoff predated the file for bankruptcy.
